At Sahiyar Ladies Tailors, we collect personal information such as your name, contact number, and physical address when you book an appointment or visit our shop. Most importantly, we store your anatomical measurements to ensure a consistent fit for future orders.
Your measurements are used solely for crafting your garments. Your contact details are used to notify you about trial dates, order completion, and occasional festive offers. We do not sell your personal data to any third-party marketing agencies.
We maintain physical and digital records of your measurements under strict supervision. Only the Master Tailor and assigned design consultants have access to your profile to maintain the integrity of our bespoke service.
An order is considered accepted once the fabric is received and a 50% advance payment is made. Once the fabric is cut according to your measurements, the design cannot be changed.
While we handle your fabric with the utmost care, we are not responsible for inherent fabric defects, shrinkage after washing, or color bleeding. We recommend pre-washing fabrics like cotton before handing them over.
We provide estimated completion dates. However, due to the intricate hand-work or seasonal rush (festivals/wedding season), dates may be adjusted. We will notify you at least 2 days in advance of any major delays.
Completed garments must be collected within 60 days of the notification. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to garments left at our shop beyond this period.
Since every garment at Sahiyar Ladies Tailors is custom-made to your specific body measurements and choice of design, **we do not offer monetary refunds or returns** on any stitched product.
We take pride in our fit. If you are not satisfied with the fitting, we provide **complimentary alterations** for up to 7 days from the date of collection. Please ensure you try the garment at the shop during collection to identify immediate issues.
In the rare event of a major stitching error on our part (e.g., wrong sleeve style or neck design than what was written in the order book), we will rectify it free of charge. If it cannot be rectified, we will discuss a fair compensation or credit note.
Orders can only be canceled within 4 hours of booking, provided the fabric has not been cut. Once cutting begins, the advance payment is non-refundable.
